Caribbean Airlines announced it will offer non-stop service from Kingston, Jamaica to Barbados starting Monday April 15, 2019.
The service will operate twice a week, every Monday and Friday. The airline will depart Kingston at 2:50 PM and arrive in Barbados at 6:25 PM. For visitors traveling from Barbados, the flight will leave at 7:25 PM and arrive in Kingston at 9:15 PM.
This move towards making island travel more accessible follows after the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley, called for a focus on inter-region travel at the 65th Meeting of the Organisation of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Authority in Saint Lucia.
